...what do you think of the current incarnation of Skid Row, and specifically your replacement, Johnny Solinger? Do you keep in touch with any of your old mates in the band? With the current wave of metal reunions (Priest, Maiden, Crüe, Poison etc) there must surely just be a matter of time before the original Skid Row line-up goes back on tour - or what!? There's gotta be TONS of money to earn out there...

What do I think of the current incarnation of Skid Row? -- I don't. Absolutely zero plans on reuniting. I think if you listen to Angel Down and their current music, you will realize that we have grown in different directions musically. I do not make music for money.

Hey Sebastian.
Can you still get into the leather pants? I've broadened out quite a bit myself since them heydays, so believe me I'll understand if you can't.

I've been wondering this for a few years: your father's painting on the "Slave to the grind" cover has been a favorite of mine for many years, I remember being quite struck by it when I first procured the tape back in '91 at the tender age of nine or ten. Do you have any idea if it is possible to pick up a print of that painting anywhere? I remember seeing a gigantic version on your livingroom wall (or somesuch) in some MTV interview years ago, though I'm imagining that would've probably been the original.

Other than that, it's great to see you're still up and running. Keep up the good work!

Yes, every night. But, I have to go running like a crazy man for at least 2 months before I try to put them on. But, running and exercise and drinking tons of water really seems to work. Beer doesn't!!! Damn! I am very glad you love the Slave cover - yes the original hangs on my wall. We have talked about releasing high quality lithographs of the piece with my dad's estate. Hopefully this will happen in the future.

The lyrics to that song are incredible ... they paint a picture in a very abstract way and no matter if I get along with my old band or not, I will always respect the songs we came up with. Rachel and Snake wrote those words and taught me a lot at a very young age about what a good song is.

We brought Pantera on tour in American arenas when they had Cowboys From Hell out. They released Vulgar Display Of Power in the middle of our tour - it was incredible to watch them explode before our very eyes. The toughest act to follow - ever!

I read Nikki's book and he never once called me annoying. He actually said I was a great singer in his book which was really cool. The story he talls about me breaking the doors down to the Motley concert sin 99% true, but .... its wasn't on the Theatre Of pain tour ... it was the Shout At the Devil tour - Toronto Cne With Accept opening. My pants are custom made by agirl named Stella Zotis in NYC. You can not buy pants like mine in a store. We sweat like nuns on Sunday on stage and destroy our clothing, so I have to have my pants custom made ... anything for the fans!

Yes. My family is from Elverum, Norway. My great grandmother's name was Anna Elverum. We came from Stavanger to America in the late 1800's. It felt great last year when we played Kvinesdal and we stoppe din Stavanger at the exact port where my ancestors left Norway. Always an honor to play the country of my heritage.

Nice to hear that I can ask you a question. I started to listen to metal early in the 80th. Then I came over a band called Madam X. I reay liked the music, mut lost my album. Now I have tryed to find it again, but without luck. Everytime I search the internet, I just find porn. It's not THAT I want. Can you help me? Where can I get the music? Somebody told me that you, my friend, was playing in that band.

I got ca. 130cd's lp's and cassettes from skif row's good old days (releases from every country i've come by and a lot of (hrm..) bootlegs). Velvet Revolver... I have talked to Slash recently about collaborating on music, but not Velvet Revolver. I cannot say what the details are, but Axl Rose has helped me and this band more then anyone eklse in the music industry. It would be very akward to sing in Velvet Revolver being sucj close friends with Axl. More importantly i like Angel Down more then VR music.

Yes, John Sykes and i talked briefly about collaborating years ago, but i am very happy with m,y new band, and have no plans to work with anyone alse at this time in rock.
Would love to work with john sykes some time in the future.

How does it feel to have the BEST FRONTMAN EVER on your record , ON THREE SONGS ?? And the intro of the first track reminds me alot of extreme - decadence dance!!!!!
